Summary: We are looking for friendly and reliable taproom staff members at our brewery in Salem, MA to serve craft beer at the bar and assist with front of house duties

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter and maintain a friendly and inclusive atmosphere

• Take orders and serve a variety of beer styles

• Stay up-to-date on new beers and ingredients; be able to guide new customers through our beer menu

• Use our point-of-sale system to handle credit and cash transactions

• Check identification to ensure customers are of legal age (21+)

• Maintain taproom cleanliness

Requirements:

• Must have weeknight and/or weekend availability

• TIPS certification or willingness to obtain it before starting work

• Age 21 or over

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs to move and change kegs

• 1+ years experience in the brewing or hospitality industry preferred

• Love of craft beer and brewing

• Excellent time management and communication skills

Employment Type: Part-time

Compensation: $10/hr + pooled tips
